NARPM Leadership Recognition

Since I was unable to attend the January NARPM chapter meeting the new leadership in the NARPM board of directors decided to wait and give this recognition award to me in February.  It's been an honor to work with such a great group of people to help make the property management industry better.  They also threw in some bbq swag for one of my favorite hobbies...  Thank you to everyone who helped and supported me as the 2016 & 2017 NARPM Chapter President!!  I also look forward to serving as the 2018 Past President (yes, this is an actual advisory role) & Marketing Chair!  Read More »

Inventory Price Watch – Phoenix

The US housing market has come a long way since its low point in 2012. According to Trulia’s latest Fastest Moving Markets report, homes are moving at a rampant pace with less than 50 percent of the nation’s housing inventory still on the market after 60 days, a 20 percentage point drop from the bottom of the market. This year’s market is outpacing 2016’s with year over year inventories toppling 8.9 percent more when comparing the pace of each year’s second quarter. This trend is pushing prices higher and pushing some homebuyers out of the market.  Read More »
